Wednesday's - A Pictorial. A Poem - Focaccia

Recipe #13 BBA Challenge Focaccia!
A Pictorial

A Poem

Maybe BBA should stand for- Bread Bakers Anonymous.

I think there maybe a problem.
I just cant seem to stop.
Flour, yeast and water makes me hot!

Its a love like no other.
Its deep and strong.
Its what I dream of all night long.

I cant get enough.
I dont know what to do.
If it only makes one loaf - I will double the recipe and make two!

Yes. I am in love with bread.
Focaccia is my latest love.
It the best recipe yet - to speak of

I still have feelings for the bagel.
The English muffin too.
But this new love for focaccia - its true!

Topped with red and yellow peppers
Black olives, basil and feta cheese
Eating the whole pan - it was a breeze.

It's only recipe 13.
What am I gonna do?
Maybe I will get a " I love the BBA Challenge" tattoo!

Maybe there is Bread Anonymous
Help for my Flour and Yeast addiction

But really
Is being in love with bread such a bad affliction?

The focaccia rocks. I make focaccia often. I loved this recipe and I think it will take the place of my usual focaccia recipe. I made the poolish version and topped with red and yellow peppers, black olive, basil, feta and lots of herb oil!! It made a ton. Next time I would divide the dough in half and make a tad bit thinner. Try it soon.

Happy Baking!

Dont come a knockin' of the Kitchen Aid is a rockin'!

Hilarious poem! I love the drama about the bagels and the English muffins and now the Foccacia!

The Foccacia is also beautiful. I didn't even think about adding fresh ingredients!
