
Fried Tacos
Corn Tortillas
Shredded Cheese
Taco Filling - beef, chicken, soy chorizo, grilled veggies, sauteed onions and peppers, scrambled eggs.....your favorite.
Oil for pan
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Lightly coat pan with oil. Place corn tortillas in skillet. Top with cheese and filling. Once corn tortilla is warm, fold over. Continue to fry til crispy and cheese is melted. Flip over and fry other side.
These are perfect with salsa, sour cream and lots of hot sauce. Look for the small corn tortillas to make a perfect snack.
